PAYMENT
• I will take payment before i start the commission.
• If you change your mind BEFORE i start, i will give you an 80% refund.
• If i have started working on your commission, i CANNOT refund you.
• You CANNOT request a refund if the product is done or delivered.
• You will not get into the waiting list unless you pay.
• Additional charges may be requested for reasons that include but not limited to;
Details, time taken, additional revisions, above skill level, extremely specific requests etc.CANCELLATION
• You CAN only cancel if i have not and / or barely started the commission. In which case the customer will be refunded the 80% of the payment.
• You will lose the rights to use the product privately or publicly by cancelling the commission.
• The commission may be terminated if the communication becomes inappropriate or uncomfortable.GENERAL TOS
• Please tell me what you want with every detail first and foremost.
• You can add any extra details BEFORE i start the commission.
• After i start, you have 3 revisions per artwork. This can be increased with a certain amount of extra fee.
• Have a good reference of the character you want drawn. (unless it's character creating. In which case, you can use concepts and ideas.)
• Major changes to the arkwork can only be requested during the sketch phase.
• If urgency is a concern, kindly specify during the commission request, though prompt delivery cannot be guaranteed.
• Updates on the project will be provided, and excessive inquiries for progress updates are discouraged.
• Unauthorized use of the art for NFTs or AI applications is strictly prohibited.DELIVERY
• Product will be delivered as PNG.
• If you want the files of the product, additional charges will apply.
• Delivery can be faster with certain amount of extra fee.
• Commissions can be moved up on the list with certain amount of extra fee.USAGE OF THE PRODUCT
CAN'T
• You CANNOT share the NSFW artwork publicly on any platform.
• You CANNOT edit, trace, recolor or repurpose the artwork without prior consent.
• You CANNOT claim anything as yours.
• You CANNOT use the product for political or discriminative reasons.
• You CANNOT sell the product to others without prior consent.CAN
• You CAN share non NSFW artwork online, but credit to me is required.
• You CAN use the artwork as promotional content.
• You CAN use the artwork for personal use, such as profile photos, banners, emotes etc.
• You CAN use the artwork to create Live2D edits.
• You CAN use the artwork as reference.

USAGE OF THE PRODUCT
PERSONAL
• You may use the product freely for your own needs.
• You may showcase the product online with proper credit to me.
• You CAN edit the product to fit for your needs.
• You CANNOT make commissions with the use of the asset.
• You CANNOT monetize with the use of the asset.
• You CANNOT remove the credits from the asset.
• Do NOT resell or share the asset, or any variant, modification or adaptation of it.COMMERCIAL
• You may use the product freely for your own needs.
• You may showcase the product online with proper credit to me.
• You CAN edit the product to fit for your needs.
• You CAN make commissions with the use of the asset.
• You CAN monetize with the use of the asset, but only if proper credit is given to me.
• You must credit LotyBunny as the creator of the asset (in the description or in the credits).
• You can sell models / artwork that include the asset.
• You CANNOT resell the asset or any variant of it on its own.
• Do NOT claim the asset as yours.♥
For custom made assets, the artwork TOS will apply. By getting a custom made asset, you will automatically be getting the commercial license. Therefore, only the commercial use TOS may apply.

• When you contact me, please let me know all of the things you want on your avatar in a list, with as much detail as possible. I will decide if i can make your avatar or not accordingly, then proceed to take the payment.

• During the process of making the avatar, i will be in frequent contact with you. You are free to ask for additional details or changes in this stage, UNLESS they are too drastic. In which case i will either ask for a certain amount of extra fee, or ask you to request something else.

• After i send the files over, you can only request more changes with a certain amount of extra fee. Otherwise the avatar is done, and i will not be revisioning any further.
.
• When i reach out and communicate with you, if you do not respond within 7 days your commission will be terminated and i will move onto the other commissions.

• If the added requests start piling up and becoming more than what was first agreed upon, i may ask for additional fees.
.
• If urgency is a concern, kindly specify during the commission request. Though prompt delivery is unlikely, i will make deliver the avatar faster.

• Updates on the project will be provided, and excessive inquiries for progress updates are discouraged.
• Unauthorized use of the art for NFTs or AI applications is strictly prohibited.DELIVERY
• Product will be delivered as both PC and QUEST unity packages by default, you will not be paying extra for the quest version.
• Delivery can be faster with certain amount of extra fee.
• Commissions can be moved up on the list with certain amount of extra fee.
• Before i finalize the avatar, i will give you a public test version of the avatar for you to test. If there is anything you want changed, that will be your last chance to do so.USAGE OF THE PRODUCT

• You CANNOT claim anything as yours.
• You CANNOT use the product for political or discriminative reasons.
• You CANNOT sell the product to anyone or anywhere, even if you have edited it.

• You CAN edit this file to fit your liking, or have someone else edit for you.
• You CAN use the avatar as promotional content.
• You CAN use the avatar for personal use, such as profile photos, banners, emotes etc.
• You CAN upload the avatar as public as long as you credit me in the description.
